Customer Service Assistant (Full-Time)
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and making a difference? We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and help deliver outstanding experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position, with the preferred work schedule as follows:

Monday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
While the full hours are preferred, we can offer some flexibility for the right person.
What your role could include:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.

Order Assistance: Help customers with their orders, including processing returns, exchanges, and tracking shipments.
