The trending colour you NEED in your life!

We love the change of season (aside from the weather change), especially when it comes to fashion. We love seeing the new designs, prints and colours

that will be trending for the upcoming months ahead - this season it's definitely about block colours but mixed with subtle prints. One of the trending colours of

the season ahead would have to be LILAC. We are seeing it come through in lots of styles and patterns.

Whether you're game enough to rock the lilac spotted trend that we're seeing come through from one of our fave brands here at Jean Jail, Mossman, or you would rather

keep it toned down with a more simple look... this is still something to keep an eye out for on the gram or street style!! We are also loving the bold statement puffed

shoulder and sleeve on the 'Beautiful Stranger Top Lilac Polka Dot' - pair back with a cute skirt and heels for a night out or switch it for some plain black jeans and

Supergas for a casual / day wear look!

We love the dress version of the top, in the 'Beautiful Stranger Dress Lilac Polka Dot' also from Mossman! Polka dots are a trend that we've seen come and go over the

years, but we are glad they're back with a bang - you can't go past a statement print with a bold colour like LILAC! Pair back with some strappy heels and a cute bag and

you're ready for a night with the girls (also would make the perfect wedding event guest outfit). We also love that lilac can look great on any skin tone!

Lilac has been a trending colour for a little while in architecture and homewares and we're now seeing it come through on the major over seas catwalks. Talulah is another

brand that has added some Lilac to their new season collection. We love this one sleeve / off the shoulder style paired back with some simple nude heels - don't forget to

add a nude lip and bronzed makeup look. This dress is the perfect option if you want to try out the trend but with a more toned back and simple print.
